Beyond the attractive prices offered for this 2nd edition, a real effort has been made to allow young professionals and students to participate in the congress. In addition, reductions are offered depending on the number of registrations by the same organization. It is therefore proposed to group registrations at the establishment level in order to obtain a grouped order.
The event will be held in person to facilitate exchanges, networking and encourage contradictory debate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Those who do not receive confirmation notice before the congress are asked to contact the registration secretariat at infomediation@destination-angers.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of an Individual Registration by the Participant, the costs incurred will be reimbursed in accordance with the conditions set out below:
- The cancellation request is received by the Organizer before December 18th 2024: the Organizer will refund the full amount paid at the time of registration or reservation with admin fees of 25€.
- The cancellation request is received by the Organizer before March 04, 2025 : the Organizer will refund 50% of the registration fee.
- If the cancellation request is received by the Organizer on or after March 5, 2025: the Organizer will not issue any refund.
